A. Approve the minutes for Board meetings of 12/13/10. B. Discussion and Update of 1st Quarter Financial Report. (Jay Toutounchian Financial Director City of Celina) C. Discussion of CEDC Website. D. Discussion of Current Activities. E. Welcome and discussion with John Castro Managing Director Location Incentives and Economic Development Advisory Services MaximusAlliance.
IV. ADJOURNMENT: The CEDC reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
